Individual company-specific adaptation of the competence fields in FSL and FSS
It can sometimes make sense to adapt the competence fields in the FSL or FSS. For example, it is possible to integrate the very specific requirements a certain company places on its managers or sales staff into the Power-Potential-Profile®. To this end, we work with you to identify the key fields of competence from the company’s viewpoint. Then we construct a completely new or expanded module and integrate it into the Power-Potential-Profile®. As a result the instrument’s items and questions relate to your specific corporate context.
